Bengaluru, June 11 -- The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday reserved its order on interim relief sought by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) marketing head Nikhil Sosale and three others in connection with the stampede incident that occurred during the IPL victory celebrations near the Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4. Justice SR Krishna Kumar reserved the order after hearing arguments for over four hours and posted the matter for pronouncement at 2.30 pm on Thursday. Senior advocate Sandesh Chouta, appearing for Sosale, argued that there could be no vicarious liability on employees named in the FIR when the company is the primary party.
