Chennai, Nov. 22 -- Expressing deepa anguish and disappointment over the Centre rejectingthe Coimbatore and Madurai Meto Rail projects, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK PresidentM K Stalin today wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking his personal intervention andalso said he was ready to meet him in person in New Delhi and explain the issues in detail.
