Chennai, April 27 -- Hailing the historic Supreme Court verdict against the Governor in withholding assent to the Bills passed in the State Assembly, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Sunday evening vowed to attain the goal of ensuring state autonomy and create a federal India that would strengthen the Indian democratic system.
