Chennai, Feb. 17 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin on Tuesday hailed the Interim Budget presented in the State Assemblyby Finance Minister Thangam Thennarasu as people-centric, progressive and inclusive fiscal roadmap.
