Kolkata, Dec. 24 -- The ICAR-National Research Centre (NRC) on Yak, in collaboration with the Zoological Survey of India (ZSI), successfully conducted a high-level stakeholder and capacity-building workshop on Integrated Disease Surveillance at West Kameng in picturesque Arunachal Pradesh.

The event, held at the ICAR-NRC on Yak campus in West Kameng, was part of the National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS) funded project 'Protecting Himalayan Health: Landscape-Based Disease Surveillance in Wildlife and Exploring Zoonotic Hotspots through One Health Approach' a Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) communique said on Wednesday.
