Chennai, March 3 -- Leading multi-speciality hospital Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SRMC)
on Monday announced setting up of a comprehensive cleft care Centre of Excellence (CoE).
It was launched by Dr.Saranya T. Jaikumar, educational psychologist and President - Voxdemy,
at the 20th anniversary of partnership between Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education
and Research (SRIHER) and Transforming Cleft of Canada.
The centre will provide seamless services from cleft lip awareness to identification, interventions
through adulthood speech therapy and rehabilitation, SRMC release here said.
About 100 Cleft Lip Patients (CLP) who benefited from the collaboration participated in the event.
