Srinagar, April 18 -- Srinagar Police have attached a motorcycle belonging to a militant associate under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967, as part of an ongoing investigation in a case registered in 2021.
According to police, the motorcycle was in the possession of Fahad Bashir Siddiqui, a resident of Akhilmir Khanyar, who has been attached under Section 25 of the UAPA in connection with a case registered at Police Station M R Gunj in Srinagar.
