Pune, Aug. 14 -- Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and A-Star Academy have joined forces to launch a new hospitality education initiative, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today at the SPPU main building.
The collaboration aims to set a new standard for industry-integrated learning, with SPPU serving as the awarding body for degrees, diplomas, and certificates, and A-Star Academy acting as the academic delivery partner, said a release.
The MoU was signed by SPPU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Suresh Gosavi, and Executive Director of Aamby Valley City and Hotel Sahara Star, Romie Dutt, who represented A-Star Academy. Prashant Kumar, CMO of Aamby Valley, was also in attendance.
