Dharamshala, April 9 -- The District Level Vigilance and Awareness Committee meeting, constituted under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, was held in Kangra district, with Additional Deputy Commissioner Vinay Kumar directing officials to ensure the swift disposal of all pending cases.
Chairing the meeting at the Deputy Commissioner's office, the ADC emphasized that "justice delayed is justice denied," and instructed concerned departments to expedite investigations and ensure timely resolution of cases related to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
