Patna, Dec. 2 -- Instructing officials to prepare a complete record of all MoUs signed in the state, Bihar Industry Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal on Tuesday said that a favourable industrial environment in the state can be created only when coordination among departments is strengthened and all pending matters before the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) are cleared quickly.
During a detailed review meeting of all major schemes and policies related to the Industries Directorate, Start-up initiatives, SIPB, MSMEs and industrial promotion, Jaiswal warned officials here that unnecessary delay in processing investment proposals would not be tolerated and that clear timelines must be set for every stage of approval.
