Mumbai, Nov. 26 -- A special educational initiative aimed at introducing school and college students to the Indian Constitution has been launched by Rajiv Patil, the first mayor of the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation. The programme has been organised to mark 75 years of the Indian Constitution and is intended to provide young students with fundamental knowledge of constitutional principles in a simple, accessible and engaging format.
As part of the initiative, Marathi and English editions of the book 'Our Constitution', authored by Padmashri Ramesh Patange, will be released on Wednesday at 5 pm.
