Pune, Dec. 14 -- Ahead of the third Pune Book Festival 2025, Kothrud MLA and Maharashtra's Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Chandrakant Patil on Sunday announced a special discount scheme for book lovers from Kothrud.
Under this initiative, readers from the constituency will receive a special discount of Rs 100 on book purchases.
The Pune Book Festival is being jointly organized by the National Book Trust, Ministry of Education, Government of India, and the Government of Maharashtra. The festival will be held at Fergusson College from December 13 to December 21. In order to encourage maximum participation and promote the habit of reading, Minister Patil has taken this special initiative for local readers.
