Patna, March 17 -- Bihar Assembly Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav asked the government about its actions regarding JP senani pension to those who were jailed during the movement but their records were not available.

Intervening in the reply being made by Bihar Energy Minister Vijendra Prasad Yadav to a starred question of Ajit Kumar Singh during pre lunch sitting in the lower house on Monday, Yadav said that those who went to the jail during 1974 movement but their records were not available with the jail. He asked the government about the actions on JP senani pension in such cases.
