Lausanne, June 30 -- Spain's preparations for the forthcoming Women's European Championships have been further complicated by the news that goalkeeper Cata Coll is
suffering from tonsillitis.
Coll has to be considered a doubt after missing Monday's first training session in the Spanish training camp in Lausanne, after being diagnosed with the illness that can take up to a week to recover from.
If the FC Barcelona goalkeeper doesn't recover in time to face Portugal in Spain's opening match on July 3, that would present a problem for coach Montse Tome given that with 27 caps, Coll is a fixture for the reigning world champions, while substitutes Adriana Nanclares has just two caps and Ester Sullastres has made just one international appea...
