Lucknow, Sept. 15 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav today said that the party candidates will not be declared without a survey and only winning candidates will be fielded in the elections.
While addressing the leaders and workers from Bulandshahr and Hapur districts at the state headquarters, Akhilesh said that SP leaders and workers should stay among the people.
