Prayagraj, April 15 -- Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Tuesday claimed that the Samajwadi Party (SP) will be wiped out in the Assembly elections 2027.
Before leaving for Lucknow, the Deputy CM met party officials and workers at the Circuit House and advised them to strongly join the preparations for the upcoming district panchayat and assembly elections to be held in 2027.
He said that SP chief Akhilesh is nervous due to the fear of his party being wiped out in the Assembly elections 2027. "Due to this, he is making a malicious attempt to break the social fabric by making baseless statements," he said.
