Shimla, May 24 -- Superintendent of Police, Shimla, Sanjeev Gandhi has approached the Himachal Pradesh High Court seeking action against BJP MLA Sudhir Sharma for allegedly circulating a video clipping of court proceedings held on May 21.
Gandhi termed the circulation of the video as a conspiracy intended to tarnish his image of honesty and integrity. He claimed that the video, which showed him speaking in the court of Justice Ajay Mohan Goel, was deliberately shared to portray him negatively.
