Kakinada, Jan. 13 -- District Superintendent of Police S. Sathish Kumar has presented cash rewards and also commendation certificates to two officials of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) for their good work in the seizure of a huge quantity of ID liquor at a brief event at the district police office here on Saturday.
Both Excise Inspector and E. Prasad Excise Head Constable of the District Task Task Force conducted a surprise check on a private premises in Srinivas Nagar area of Vakalapudi on the city outskirts and seized 605 litres of ID liquor specially procured for Sankranti sale.
Dindi Ramachandrarao, the main accused, was arrested besides booking cases against two others who are at large, the SEB sources said.
