Thiruvananthapuram, April 29 -- SP Medifort Hospital marked its first anniversary with a major milestone, becoming the first hospital in Kerala to achieve the Joint Commission International (JCI) 8th edition accreditation, recognised globally as the gold standard in healthcare quality and patient safety.
The anniversary celebrations were inaugurated by A.N. Shamseer, Speaker of the Kerala Legislative Assembly.
The Speaker lauded SP Medifort for bringing international standards of cure and care to Kerala and emphasised the importance of promoting research and development in the healthcare sector to ensure sustainable advancements.
