Lucknow, Dec. 19 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav today launched a scathing attack on the BJP's organizational decisions, saying they were based not on merit or experience, but on a hegemonic mindset.
He questioned the rationale behind appointing a five-time MLA as national president and a seven-time MP as state president.
