Lucknow, Aug. 12 -- Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) chief and Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has alleged that the Samajwadi Party and Congress are running away from discussion in the ongoing monsoon session of the state legislature.

"The opposition is creating ruckus and disrupting the proceedings of the House. The government is ready to discuss every issue. The opposition people feel hot outside and come to the assembly and sleep like Kumbhakarna and when the discussion comes up, they create ruckus and stall the proceedings," he charged.
