Pune, July 2 -- The Southwest Monsoon has been vigorous over east Rajasthan and active over west Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said today.
The Southwest Monsoon has been subdued over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh and Tamil Nadu, the IMD bulletin added.
Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Konkan and Goa, Telangana, coastal Karnataka, Kerala, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
These have occurred at many places in Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal and Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand, eastern Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, eastern Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and L...
