Day Temperatures were appreciably above normal (-3.1degC to -5.0degC) at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Assam and Meghalaya; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Odisha, Konkan and Goa, Kerala and Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
