Hyderabad, May 12 -- The Meteorological Centre in Hyderabad reported on Monday that conditions are favourable for the southwest monsoon to advance into some parts of the Andaman Sea, the South Bay of Bengal, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands by Tuesday.
In its daily weather report, the Centre stated that conditions are also becoming favourable for the further advance of the monsoon into additional parts of the South Bay of Bengal, the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and parts of the central Bay of Bengal over the next four to five days.
