Pune, May 21 -- Southwest Monsoon further advanced over some more parts of south Arabian sea, Maldives and Comorin area; south Bay of Bengal; some more parts of central Bay of Bengal and some parts of northeast Bay of Bengal on Wednesday, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The conditions are likely to become favourable for Monsoon onset over Kerala during next 3-4 days. The conditions are also likely to become favourable for further advance of southwest Monsoon over some more parts of south Arabian sea, the IMD bulletin said.
