Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 19 -- As Southwest monsoon has been active over Kerala, heavy rainfall ranging from (7-11 cm in next 24 hours) to very heavy rainfall (11-20 cm in 24 hours) is very likely to occur at one or two places in Kerala on Saturday.

Rain and thundershowers are most likely to occur at most places in the state.

Moderate rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur, Palakkad, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Kannur and Kasargod districts in the next few hours, Met sources said here this morning.
