Harbin, Feb. 14 -- South Korea claimed the women's curling gold at the 9th Asian Winter Games here on Friday, while the Philippines seized its first-ever gold medal in men's curling final.
In women's curling final, South Korea took a lead 3-0 after the second end, and the defending champion China scored two points in the third end before South Korea regained the lead 4-2.
After a scoreless fifth end, South Korea scored three points in the next two ends. China didn't manage to come back in the last end, and South Korea sealed the victory 7-2.
