Ranchi, Nov. 11 -- Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday released a long-term development blueprint titled Ulgulan 2050, outlining a 25-year vision for a prosperous, self-reliant and equitable Jharkhand rooted in identity, justice and dignity.
Calling it a defining moment as the state completes 25 years of its formation, Soren said Jharkhand must now focus on building human capital, promoting value-addition to natural resources, strengthening indigenous knowledge systems and creating community-driven governance models.
He said the state's next phase of growth would rely on education, skills and cultural confidence rather than extractive economic models.
