New Delhi, Dec. 6 -- Actor Sonu Sood has appealed to travellers to remain calm and avoid targeting airline ground staff following widespread delays and cancellations by IndiGo, which disrupted travel at several airports across India.
Thousands of passengers were stranded in recent days, leading to heated arguments and confrontations inside terminals, many of which went viral on social media. Videos showed frustrated travellers shouting at staff and demanding updates on flight schedules.
On Saturday, Sood shared a video message on X urging compassion for airline employees, emphasizing that ground staff are often helpless and have limited information to share.
