Rae Bareli (UP), Feb. 15 -- After filing the nomination paper for Rajya Sabha from the Rajasthan Congress, Chairperson of the Congress Parliamentary Party, and MP from Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, Sonia Gandhi has issued an emotional letter to the people of her parliamentary constituency.
