Kakinada, June 6 -- Jonnapalli Satyanarayana, senior advocate and former president of Alamuru Bar Association, said today that the way in which things are moving, shows that some people are conspiring to bring a bad name to Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
He said the recent episode on issuing a government order on reopening of the 2016 Tuni Rathnachal express train burning case, and within twenty four hours as a damage repair exercise issuing another order revoking the earlier one, is a glaring example that "the governance in the state has derailed", he said, speaking to reporters.
