New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the Opposition in the Lok Sabha saying ''Some leaders speak language of urban naxals, talk of waging war against the Indian state and they cannot understand the Constitution.''
Replying to the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address in the lower house, Modi took swipe at Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and said talking about caste became a fashion. ''For the last 30 years, OBC MPs have been demanding a constitutional status for them. We gave them a constitutional status. We created a skill Ministry to help the downtrodden," he said.
