Nagpur, Nov. 30 -- RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday voiced concern over the diminishing presence of Indian languages in daily life, saying the situation has deteriorated to such an extent that "some Bharatiya people are no longer familiar with our own languages."Speaking at a book launch in Nagpur, Bhagwat urged people to reflect on how India's linguistic heritage is gradually eroding. He noted that there was a time when Sanskrit served as the primary medium for communication, knowledge-sharing and daily affairs in the country. "Today, it is often foreign scholars who teach us Sanskrit, whereas it should have been the opposite," he remarked.
