Shimla, April 21 -- Uncertain weather conditions have disrupted normal life across Himachal Pradesh, with light snowfall in higher reaches and heavy rainfall lashing several parts of the state.
The Lahaul-Spiti district, particularly around Manali and higher altitudes, witnessed fresh snowfall while low-lying areas, including Kinnaur, Udaipur, and Mandi, were hit by heavy rains and thunderstorms.
Vehicular movement has been severely impacted due to landslides triggered by incessant rain. The Udaipur-Kilad road remains blocked due to a major landslide approximately 2 km before Kadu Nala and near the Jungle Camp area (km 74.400).
