Bratislava, July 30 -- Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico, in a strong attack against his European allies, said the "EU seems to be tired and bored of 80 years of peace", accusing the bloc of trying to trigger an all-out Russia-NATO conflict, reports RT.
Fico, who recently survived an assassination attempt by a pro-Ukraine supporter who disagreed with the Slovak premier's position on arming Kyiv, blasted the West over its handling of the ongoing war, stating that the way it is approaching the current situation could prove disastrous in the near future.
Drawing parallels to the situation in Gaza, he added that while dozens of countries are pushing for a ceasefire call, no such united call has been made on the Russia-Ukraine front.
