Hyderabad, March 28 -- Rescue operations are in full swing at the Srisailam Left Bank Canal (SLBC) tunnel accident site with specialized teams working around the clock to locate the trapped workers. The accident, which occurred on February 22, left eight workers stranded inside the tunnel. So far, the bodies of two victims have been recovered and handed over to their families. Authorities are making determined efforts to expedite the rescue of the remaining six workers. Special Officer Shivshankar Loteti conducted a high-level review meeting on Friday with senior officials.
