Srinagar, March 8 -- Jammu and Kashmir Youth Services and Sports Department organised a special skiing event for foreign visitors and skiers today in the run-up to the Khelo India Winter Games scheduled to be held in Gulmarg from March 9 -12.
The initiative was conducted as per the directions of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir to provide an engaging pre-event experience for international participants, an official spokesman said.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from foreign skiers, who expressed their appreciation for the world-class skiing slopes of Gulmarg and shared their views on the upcoming Khelo India Winter Games.
