Puri, July 9 -- Chief Administrator of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Arabinda Padhi, today ordered an inquiry into a serious security lapse after four youths scaled the Meghanada Prachir from the southern side and entered the temple premises last night while the Pahandi ritual was underway at the Simhadwar.
A special investigation team comprising the temple's chief security officer, officers in charge of development and sanitation, a representative from the works department, and the temple supervisor has been constituted to probe the incident.
