Shimla, Dec. 31 -- Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam (SJPNL) has resolved over 2,300 consumer complaints and queries, demonstrating its commitment to efficient service and citizen convenience.
A spokesperson of SJPNL said on Tuesday that the corporation has handled a wide range of issues, including billing concerns, new water connections, meter readings, network maintenance, collection, mobile and email alerts, as well as operation and maintenance queries.
