Hyderabad, May 3 -- A touching moment unfolded as BRS Working President K T Rama Rao met Saranya, a young girl whose life he helped save six years ago during a critical medical emergency.

Diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2019, Saranya's family struggled to afford treatment costing nearly Rs 20 lakh. Following an appeal on X, KTR swiftly intervened, ensuring her admission and complete treatment, including surgery and radiation therapy, at no cost.

Now recovered, Saranya recently passed her Class 10 exams with 384 marks and visited KTR at his residence to express gratitude. Her parents thanked him for not only saving her life but also supporting her education, while KTR wished her success in the years ahead.
