Kolkata, Dec. 19 -- The Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the unprecedented violence at Salt Lake Stadium during Lionel Messi's G.O.A.T India Tour in Kolkata on December 13, conducted a raid on Friday at the residence of the main promoter, Satadru Dutta, in Rishra, Hooghly district, official sources said.
Officials from the SIT raided Dutta's house for over three hours, from 7:30 am to 11 am, and seized several incriminating documents related to the G.O.A.T India Tour of the Argentinian football legend, along with details of his bank accounts.
Sources said the SIT is examining key documents linked to the tour's programmes and financial transactions involving Satadru Dutta.
