Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- All preparation have been completed for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process ,going to start in Uttar Pradesh from tomorrow. This process is about to begin again in the state after 22 years. The Election Commission claims that this process will be conducted in a transparent and simple manner.
UP currently has 154.4 million voters and 1,62,486 polling stations, covering 403 assembly segments and 80 Lok Sabha seats.
The Election Commission has discussed with all political parties regarding the SIR.
