Muzaffarpur, Dec. 22 -- Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Monday directed officials for prompt resolution of land-related issues, including land disputes, delays in mutation (dakhil kharij), encroachment on government land and errors in land records.
While hearing the grievances of the people related to land issues in Janata Darbar, Sinha said here that any negligence, irregularity or corruption in handling land related cases would not be tolerated.
Referring to matters related to caste entries in land records (khatiyan), the minister pointed that whatever has been mentioned in the land document ( khatiyan) will remain valid.
