Patna, July 2 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday asked party workers to take forward "Modi mission" and remain in regular dialogue with each and every person to instill confidence among them regarding motivations of the BJP.
Singh asked the party workers to confidently counter through facts the "irrelevant" political propaganda of the opposition.
He said that Bihar is not backward but was deliberately made into a backward state.
