Hyderabad, Nov. 9 -- The foundation stone for the upcoming 800 MW Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project at the existing Singareni Thermal Power Plant (STPP) premises in Jaipur, Mancherial district of Telangana, is expected to be laid soon.
Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) Chairman and Managing Director N Balaram, who visited STPP, instructed the plant Executive Director and General Managers to ensure that all arrangements are in place for the foundation stone laying, by the state government.
He personally inspected the performance of the Methanol Pilot Plant established in the STPP premises and directed officials to commence experimental production shortly.
