New Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan. 20 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao on Tuesday alleged that the cancellation of Singareni's Naini block tenders had exposed the "corrupt commission-and-contract driven rule" of the Congress government in Telangana.

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, he said the Naini block episode proved that tenders under Congress rule were being awarded not for development, but purely for commissions.

He alleged that the Congress was exploiting the "blood and sweat" of Singareni workers and attempting to route coal blocks and contracts to close associates and relatives of party leaders.
