Belem, Nov. 20 -- With the UN climate summit (COP30) nearing its conclusion, Singapore's Minister for Sustainability and Environment, Grace Fu, said that the lack of consensus by countries on how they should measure their progress on climate adaptation has become a cause for concern, as this continuous spree of indecision has repeatedly stalled the implementation of any measures for adaptation.
