Singapore, May 27 -- Former world champion P V Sindhu snapped her run of first-round exits with a commanding victory to enter the pre-quarterfinals of the Singapore Badminton Open 2025 women's singles event here on Tuesday. Sindhu, currently ranked 17th in the world, ousted Canada's world No 52 Wen Yu Zhang 21-14, 21-9 in just 31 minutes in her round of 32 clash.
