Jaipur, Aug. 2 -- A local Court in Sikar on Saturday acquitted local Lok Sabha member Amararam and 19 others in a 2019 case of altercation with the police during a demonstration at the District Collectorate.
The Sikar Additional District Judge (No : 1) acquitted The CPM MP Amararam, former party MLAs Balwan Punia and Pema Ram others in charges of altercation and heated exchange with police personnel.
The Communist leaders were there to participate in a demonstration organised by the Student Federation of India (SFI) in front of the Sikar district collectorate.
