Bagalkot, April 3 -- In a sharp escalation of rhetoric, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday triggered a political storm by saying that those agitating over the shortage of cooking gas cylinders should "lay siege to PM Narendra Modi's house," squarely shifting the blame to the Centre.
